GFT500 Belt conveyor table - the energy-efficient all-rounder.

This eleborated exhaustion table with segment exhaustion is attractive thanks to its universal application, its reliability, its high energy efficiency and productivity. Cutting slag and small parts resulting from the cutting process fall "barrier-free" onto the conveyor belt that runs along the base of the cutting table in a water tray. Slag and small parts are transported on one side out of the cutting table and separated form each other during ejection into a container.

On average, 30 % less energy for collection of toxics.
You only need to use 70 % of the exhaustion volume for the collection of toxics compared to other cutting tables. A fan with corresponding low power is therefore sufficient. You save also heating energy.

You don't have to clean anything by hand.
The interior of the cutting table has been designed to omit obstacles hindering falling slag on its way to the conveyor belt. This also keeps slag from sticking inside the table, even after long-term use.

Very good, consistent toxics collection.
The interior of the table remains free of sticking slag, allowing the air to flow equally free at all times, whereby good exhaustion power is permanently guaranteed.

Sparks from the cutting beam reamin in the cutting table.
The water tray on the base of the cutting table also functions as a spark separator. The majority of sparks are extinguished in the water and cannot be extracted any longer, which reduces the fire hazard for the filter system once again.

Filter cartridges last longer.
A portion of the extracted cutting smoke ist caught in the water bath, which means it does not need to be separated by the filter cartridges. The low dust pollution increases the life cycle of the filter cartridges. Alternatively, a low number of cartridges may also be used, i.e. a smaller filter system type.

Large quantities of slag are reduced.
Sticking slag, "slag cakes", and larger "piles of slag" are a thing of the past. The slag becomes course-grained powder in the water bath. The belt conveyor moves this "slag powder" equally out of the table into a central container. The pulverisation thickens the slag at the same time so that you need to empty the container less frequently.

Simply remove small parts from the container grid.
The belt conveyor moves the small parts cleanly and undamaged out of the table. These parts remain on the grid of the container, while the pulverised slag falls into the container.

You don't have to clean a pit.
The material output runs upwards at an incline. The container or a cross-conveyor may also be positioned on the ground.

Increase your productivity, avoid costs, and do your empolyees a favour.
Machine downtimes required for finding small parts and disposing of slag are omitted, your empolyees are spared the unpleasant and dirty tasks. Missing parts do not need to be re-cut, production areas remain clean, and you have nearly no maintenance costs.
